วันที่ 8 สิงหาคม 2569 — จังหวัดบาหลี ประเทศอินโดนีเซีย ไร่ชาวาวี ในฐานะสมาชิกภูมิภาคชาอาเซียน เข้าร่วมการประชุม ASEAN Tea Organisation (ATO) Regional Meeting 2026 ณ โรงแรม Garcia Ubud จังหวัดบาหลี ประเทศอินโดนีเซีย พร้อมนำมุมมองของประเทศไทยเข้าร่วมแลกเปลี่ยนในเวทีระดับภูมิภาคเกี่ยวกับทิศทางและอนาคตของอุตสาหกรรมชาอาเซียนและตลาดชาโลก

ในการประชุมครั้งนี้ ดร.ดิษฐวัฒน์ แก้วกาญจนดิษฐ์ ประธานภูมิภาคชาอาเซียน (ATO) ได้มอบหมายให้ทีมงานไร่ชาวาวี ในฐานะสมาชิกภูมิภาคชาอาเซียน เข้าร่วมประชุมและทำหน้าที่เป็นตัวแทนประเทศไทยในเวทีสำคัญระดับภูมิภาค

4 ประเด็นสำคัญ อนาคตอุตสาหกรรมชาอาเซียน

ที่ประชุมได้ร่วมกันแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูลและความคิดเห็นใน 4 ประเด็นสำคัญที่มีผลต่อทิศทางของอุตสาหกรรมชา ได้แก่

การเปลี่ยนแปลงสภาพภูมิอากาศ

หารือถึงผลกระทบของ Climate Change ต่อภาคการเกษตรและการผลิตชา ทั้งด้านการเพาะปลูก ผลผลิต ต้นทุน และความยั่งยืนของภาคการผลิตชาในภูมิภาคอาเซียน

แรงงานและสวัสดิการ

ให้ความสำคัญกับการยกระดับมาตรฐานแรงงานและสวัสดิการ เพื่อสนับสนุนการพัฒนาอุตสาหกรรมชาให้มีมาตรฐานและให้ความสำคัญกับคุณภาพชีวิตของแรงงานมากยิ่งขึ้น

สถิติและข้อมูลผลผลิตใบชา

สมาชิกได้แลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับสถิติผลผลิตใบชาในภูมิภาค เพื่อให้เห็นภาพรวมของสถานการณ์การผลิต และใช้เป็นข้อมูลสำหรับการวางแผนพัฒนาอุตสาหกรรมชาในอนาคต

แนวโน้มตลาดชาโลก

หารือถึงทิศทางและแนวโน้มของตลาดชาโลก รวมถึงโอกาสและความท้าทายที่ผู้ผลิตและผู้ประกอบการชาอาจต้องเผชิญจากการเปลี่ยนแปลงของเศรษฐกิจ พฤติกรรมผู้บริโภค และการค้าระหว่างประเทศ

6 ประเทศร่วมประชุม On-site สมาชิกทั่วโลกกว่า 30 ราย

การประชุม ATO Regional Meeting 2026 จัดขึ้นทั้งในรูปแบบ On-site และ Online

สำหรับการประชุมแบบ On-site มีตัวแทนจาก 6 ประเทศเข้าร่วมโต๊ะเจรจาหลัก ได้แก่ อินโดนีเซีย มาเลเซีย เวียดนาม สิงคโปร์ เมียนมา และประเทศไทย

ขณะเดียวกัน มีสมาชิกจากทั่วโลกเข้าร่วมผ่านระบบ Online มากกว่า 30 ราย สะท้อนถึงความสำคัญของเครือข่ายความร่วมมือด้านอุตสาหกรรมชาในระดับนานาชาติ

ชาไทยเชื่อมโยงเครือข่ายชาอาเซียนและตลาดโลก

การเข้าร่วมของไร่ชาวาวีในฐานะตัวแทนประเทศไทย เป็นอีกหนึ่งโอกาสในการเชื่อมโยงภาคชาไทยเข้ากับเครือข่ายผู้ผลิต ผู้ประกอบการ และผู้เกี่ยวข้องกับอุตสาหกรรมชาจากประเทศต่าง ๆ ในอาเซียนและทั่วโลก

August 8, 2026 — Bali, Indonesia: Wawee Tea, Thailand, participated in the ASEAN Tea Organisation (ATO) Regional Meeting 2026, held at Garcia Ubud in Bali, Indonesia, bringing Thailand’s tea industry perspective to an important regional discussion on the future of the ASEAN tea industry and the global tea market.

At the meeting, Dr. Dittawat Kaewkanjanadit, President of the ASEAN Tea Organisation (ATO), officially delegated the Wawee Tea team, as an ATO regional member, to participate in the meeting and represent Thailand at the regional level.

Labor Standards and Welfare

The meeting also focused on labor standards and welfare, with the goal of supporting higher standards and better welfare practices throughout the regional tea industry.

Tea Production Statistics

Members exchanged information on regional tea production statistics and yield data, providing a broader picture of the tea production situation and supporting future planning for the ASEAN tea industry.

Global Tea Market Trends

Participants also discussed global tea market trends, including future opportunities and challenges for tea producers and businesses amid changing economic conditions, consumer behavior and international trade.

Six Countries Join On-site Discussions

The ATO Regional Meeting 2026 was conducted through both On-site and Online participation.

The main On-site table discussions included representatives from six countries:

Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam, Singapore, Myanmar and Thailand.

More than 30 members from around the world also participated via video conference, highlighting the importance of international cooperation and connectivity within the global tea community.

Thailand’s Tea Industry Connects with ASEAN and Global Markets

The participation of Wawee Tea as a representative of Thailand provided an opportunity to connect Thailand’s tea industry with producers, businesses and stakeholders from across ASEAN and the international tea community.
